The Toolbar at the top of the Gallery window (Mac OS) or Portfolio application window (Windows) allows you to easily access many of Portfolio’s commonly used features, including QuickFind, a fast way to find items in the catalog without opening the Find window. As you place the mouse over each button, the pop-up Tool Tip is displayed, indicating the button’s function.
Windows only: The Toolbar is a tear-off menu, and the last ten QuickFinds are listed on the QuickFind drop-down menu.
